Project Overview

FWS Group was tasked with developing a new biogas facility, designed to enhance and expand existing biogas operations. This project focused on integrating new infrastructure with current systems to optimize biogas production and efficiency.

The scope of work for the Biogas Facility project included the following key features:

  • New Biogas Facility Construction: A new biogas facility was constructed to support and enhance biogas production. This facility includes state-of-the-art infrastructure and systems designed to improve overall biogas generation and management.
  • Integration with Existing Facility: The project involved integrating new works with the existing biogas facility. This integration ensures seamless operation between new and existing systems, optimizing the overall efficiency and functionality of the biogas production process.
  • Manure Feed Building: A manure feed building was constructed to handle the input material for biogas production. This building is designed to manage and prepare manure for processing, ensuring a steady and efficient supply of feedstock.
  • Digester/Pumphouse and Roofs: The facility includes a digester and pumphouse, crucial components for biogas production. The digester processes organic materials to produce biogas, while the pumphouse supports the movement and management of materials. Roofs were installed to protect these components from environmental factors.
  • Mechanical Supply and Installation: Mechanical systems and equipment were supplied and installed as part of the project. This includes all necessary machinery and components required for biogas production, ensuring that the facility operates efficiently.
  • Piping Works: Comprehensive piping works were carried out to connect various parts of the facility. This includes the installation of pipelines for transporting feedstock, biogas, and other materials within the facility.
  • Electrical Systems: Electrical systems were designed and installed to support the facility's operations. This includes power supply, control systems, and any other electrical components necessary for the functioning of the biogas production processes.

The Biogas Facility project demonstrates FWS Group’s expertise in developing and integrating advanced biogas infrastructure. The facility’s design and construction ensure enhanced production capabilities and efficient integration with existing systems, contributing to the overall effectiveness and sustainability of biogas operations.
