The FWS Story

FWS Group's journey began in 1953 when Frank Wiebe Sawatzky established F.W. Sawatzky Ltd. in Manitoba, initially focusing on home renovations. Throughout the 1960s, the company expanded into commercial construction and later entered the agricultural sector in 1985 by building grain storage facilities.

Over the decades, FWS continued to diversify, adding residential projects in 1990 and developing industrial expertise by 2000. Today, FWS Group is a leader in design-build services across multiple industries, employing over 550 people and celebrating over 70 years of success.
