These reports cover a wide range of aspects, including Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) statistics and incidents, regulatory and permitting issues, work completed in the previous week, upcoming Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) work plans, quantitative progress measures, matters requiring attention and visual documentation such as photos.
Monthly Reporting
Monthly reports offer an overview of the project’s status and overall health. These reports include an overall project status summary, HSE performance indicators, schedule status summaries, cost status summaries, details on contract status and change orders, regulatory and permitting status updates, progress tracking summaries with detailed information, summaries of work completed, and visual elements such as photos and drone videos to provide a holistic view of project progress.
Dashboards
Our dashboards condense complex project information into easily digestible graphics, charts and summaries. By presenting key performance indicators, milestones and critical data at a glance, dashboards empower project stakeholders with the information they need to drive projects forward efficiently and effectively.
