FWS believes in recognizing the commitment and dedication of our employees, both in the field and the office. Every year, we take the time to honour the years of service our team members have contributed to our company’s success. It’s a tradition we hold dear, and one that reminds us of the value each individual brings to our organization.

Acknowledging Milestones

Every year, our employees reach significant milestones in their journey with FWS. Whether it’s 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or even 30 years of service, each milestone is a testament to their dedication and loyalty to our company. It’s essential to celebrate these achievements and show our gratitude for their continued commitment.

Appreciation Through Gifts

For those reaching the milestone of five years, we present them with a bronze FWS lapel pin and a hard hat sticker, accompanied by a bonus as a token of our appreciation for their dedication. As they reach the decade mark, employees receive a silver FWS lapel pin along with a bonus, once again recognizing their ongoing commitment. Those who have dedicated 15 years to FWS are awarded a gold FWS lapel pin and a bonus in gratitude for their continued service. And for the remarkable achievement of 20 years or more, employees are rewarded with additional paid time off and a hard hat sticker, alongside a bonus as a heartfelt thank you.

It’s truly remarkable to see the loyalty and dedication of our team members. In 2024, we are proud to say that 208 employees have been with FWS for five years or more, representing 50 per cent of our current workforce.
