KPIC’s 2023 Highlights

As we reflect on the year 2023, it is clear that it has been a year of remarkable achievements and growth for KPIC. We are excited to provide an overview of our accomplishments and share some highlights of our journey.

Revolutionizing Batching Systems With Nutriplus

In April, we celebrated a significant milestone with the installation of our first fully stand-alone, multi-product liquid batching system, Nutriplus. Since then, we have installed a total of 27 units across various locations in Saskatchewan and Alberta. Looking ahead to 2024, we plan to add 20 new units and undertake 11 site rebuilds. These systems are designed to accommodate 1000L totes and employ declining weight technology for the precise operation of volumetric auger blenders or vertical batch blending systems.

Grain Cleaning Division Takes Flight

This year, we made significant strides in our grain cleaning division, further solidifying our mission to provide clients with essential knowledge and expertise while maximizing their grain cleaning equipment. In May, we welcomed two subject matter experts in the grain cleaning field. In June, we embarked on our first round of contracted facility overhauls, followed by the addition of a Director of Business Development in September.

Projects Overview  

Throughout 2023, KPIC was involved in numerous projects aimed at improving and maintaining various facilities. While we will not list each project in detail, we completed projects in locations ranging from Carmichael, Saskatchewan to Prince Rupert, British Columbia. These projects included everything from plant upgrades to boot replacements, maintenance shutdowns, tank installations, distributor upgrades, cleaner inspections, as well as parts and equipment procurement. Our dedication to excellence and quality was evident in each project’s completion, ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.
