FWS Signs MOU with Cheslatta Carrier First Nation

FWS is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Cheslatta Contracting of the Cheslatta Carrier First Nation. This momentous occasion was marked by a traditional smudge and blessing ceremony, followed by an exchange of gifts. We presented Prairie Seet Grass, tobacco, cloth and a blanket to the Cheslatta delegation, symbolizing the establishment of a strong and lasting partnership between the two groups.

This MOU signifies FWS’ unwavering commitment to collaborating with Indigenous Nations across Canada. The agreement opens doors for potential involvement of the Cheslatta Nation in future FWS projects. We may also connect Cheslatta Contracting with prospective clients and endeavours.  FWS is honoured to embark on this collaborative journey with the Cheslatta Carrier First Nation and we look forward to a future filled with mutually beneficial opportunities.
