FWS would like to thank and congratulate their employees on reaching two-million-person hours without a lost-time injury. This is a significant milestone and achievement for any company, but especially impressive considering the high-risk work FWS undertakes as part of the industrial construction industry.

What this means is that FWS and their employees are all working hard to ensure that their worksites are safe, kept hazard-free, and the company and employees are working in collaboration to identify risks and mitigate them before they turn into injuries.

You may ask, “How does a big company like FWS implement a safety strategy?”. They do it by building the process into the very fabric of what is FWS. They have put in place a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment program that has been implemented throughout all levels and sectors of their company. They have set a goal for themselves of preventing injuries by ensuring that each employee is fully trained and educated in their roles.

FWS believes that their employees are their most valuable asset and as such, play a vital role in the company achieving its goals. They have made a pledge to ongoing precision, professionalism, safety, and quality. The company works hard to deliver optimum value to all their stakeholders, while ensuring “Everybody Goes Home Safe”.
